Discount Tire

As always, the experience was outstanding. The wait was not too long, and words cannot express how much I appreciated the service provided at Discount Tire Center Services Store. How would like to have all my service reported to the CarFax Records Department.

My recent experience of taking my two vehicles at the same time was awesome. What stood out for me was the timeliness and strong work ethic from each salesperson and technician that worked on my vehicles. Being able to purchase the tires online ahead of time also saved me tons of time.

Only come to Discount Tire, especially the Canutillio/Outlet Mall location in El Paso if you hate your wheels or drive a beater !!! I've been coming to discount tire for years, but I'm done now. I had perfect condition wheels on my 2019 BMW, and now they have deep scratches from just disrespectful technicians! I thought discount tire could handle a simple tire rotation and balancing on my car, but that task was too hard to complete with care. Steve the store manager tried to file a claim and the claims department is a complete joke.. So here I am, to tell it how it is, I wouldn't be wasting my damn time writing this if my wheels were not perfect before I stopped by for this se…

Terrible experience. Not the first time at this particular location. I’ve been a customer of Discount Tire since 1997. I understand that Discount Tire does a lot of business and is extremely busy, but that does not excuse the lack of communication and bad attitude. Steve, the manager at: 7075 S. Desert Blvd, Canutillo/El Paso, could stand to take some courses in customer service. Timeliness-1 star (Job completed 24 hours late) Communication-1 star (I was never notified of delay) Customer Service-0 stars (No apology for delay or miscommunication) Attitude-Negative stars (Steve/Manager treated me as if he was doing me a favor not like a paying customer)

Ladies be sure to do your research before trusting sales tactics like this! I recently visited this Discount Tire for a “FREE” Rotation and Balance (included with the purchase of all 4 tires), and unfortunately, my experience with David was disappointing. Despite all four of my tires being in good condition, he attempted to upsell me two more, insisting they needed replacement before any service could be done. His pushy approach made it clear he assumed I didn’t know any better.
